Meta-governance as partial organization

This paper develops a decision-based approach to meta-governance by drawing on insights from studies of organization outside formal organizations. We argue that can be analyzed as form partial interactive arenas. Meta-governance has become an important concept in theorizing the role government contemporary governance, particularly context shaping and providing guidance different arenas, such networks quasi-markets. is, however, also broad ambiguous concept, which limits its ability guide empirical research actual practices governing actors involved.
